elsewhere. Please note that we cannot accept purchase

At present these Combination offers are limited to one copy of each guide.
In Canada the combination offer costs $29.50 plus shipping.
The shipping rates depend on one’s provincial address. Within Ontario the rate is $7.90; from outside
Ontario the rate is $11.69 (yes, nearly twice the cost of shipping to the US!)
So, if you are a resident of Ontario, send a money order for $37.40
Canadian.
If you live in the US, send a money order for $39.00 US which is the
total of $29.00 and the $10.00 US air postage and handling rates.
US Residents: please make sure you use the proper
amount! We've noticed that a number of orders from the US have been
returned to the sender for additional postage.
If you live anywhere outside North America, send a money order for
$41.50 US, which is $28.50 for the books and $13.00 US for air postage and handling.
For Canadian orders, we accept cheques if written on a Canadian bank, but be
advised that there is always a delay of at least seven days for the banks
to clear the cheque. All orders, Canadian, US, and International, are sent by air.
Please double check your figures! If the amount sent does not agree
with the edition you are requesting, the money order will be returned.
