Privacy Statement When you place your order with us, the only personal information Clear Skies Publishing Company receives is your name and address, and email address. Obviously your name and address are important to complete the order; a valid email address is important in case we need to contact you about your order. Sometimes customers, concerned about privacy, supply us with an invalid email address. While the order will still be approved, an improper email address may delay the shipment, should there be any question about your mailing address. Please be assured that neither this email address nor any other information is ever given or sold or in any other way shared with or distributed to any other individuals or companies, as we respect our customers' right to privacy. Nor does Clear Skies Publishing Company or Richard Dibon-Smith, the sole owner of this web site, collect any other confidential information of any sort. All other personal information which is in fact collected at the time of your order is done through InternetSecure and is used by this company only to verify your identity and to complete your order. We ship the same day as the order, and you should receive your order within two weeks on the East Coast, or up to three weeks for the West Coast, and a month or so for orders outside North America. However on rare occasions deliveries may take longer than expected. If after a longer time than that stated above, you have not received your order, please contact us for a Replacement Form. Once this form is submitted we will contact the postal authorities (most times the books will have finally arrived by this time!) and replacements will be sent. While we are obligated to state our replacement policy, please understand that on only three occasions in the past five years have we had to replace lost orders.
